LET'S take a little test. Say this to the next Catholic youth you meet: Sentire cum ecclesia. Really! If you pose this to the average Catholic youth, you would likely get anything from "huh?" to "u tokking wat?" (what are you talking about) as the standard response.
In the advent of Peninsular Malaysia Pastoral Convention (PMPC III) in 2006, the theme Sentire cum ecclesia echoed throughout the Peninsular Malaysia Church with really not many people, young or old, understanding what it means To Think and Feel with the Church. Truth be told, we are still discovering the real meaning of this.

Beginning of the End
TO Sunday School attendees, the most looked-forward-to moment throughout the course of one's weekly dose of Catholic education is the part where it all comes to an end, ordinarily culminating with the Sacrament of Confirmation.
It is with grandeur that the Sacrament is received and celebrated, physically displayed by the flawless-white attire donned by Confirmants and the visit (if fortunate enough) by the Bishop of the diocese, while embedded is the grandness that Confirmation stamps a person - he/she is now a true-blue Catholic, given a mission to venture into the world as a mature Catholic.
While indeed, such an occasion warrants a grandiose observance, it is most commonly seen as the beginning of the end rather than the end of a beginning, considering the disappearance of many young adults from church premise, who suddenly find themselves with extra time on their hands come Sunday mornings.
